Personal Duffel 27L

Took this in my first flight yesterday. I travel a lot for business and usually take a roller carry on and a personal item. This bag worked perfectly for me. Unlike many backpacks which tend to take up all the space under the seat and often stick out more than a few inches, this was very compact and left me lunch needed leg room. As a 6’3’ man who wears a size 14 shoe, legroom and “feet” room are a non-negotiable. This bag also held my iPad mini, laptop, chargers, over-ear headphones, water bottle, snacks, light hoodie, etc and a few ball caps - I had many liters of space left over. Love the admin panel in the front pocket and the headphone pocket. Don’t wait any longer - buy this bag!!!

I would say it 5/5 because this has been a game changer for me when it comes to personal travel bag. I love how I can placed my headphones to the side pocket and I don’t have to take the whole bag just to get into it. I just have to grab the handle on the same side of the pocket and it’s stress free. No more looking and finding where I placed my headphones just pull and grab. However, the inside of those front pockets where you can placed your airtag etc, the fabric is nylan and you can tell that it’s “cheap” but it doesn’t bother me at all. I just love this bag and how they designed it for convenient.

The duffel is perfectly suited for my personal needs.
No matter the task, i can pack anything i need and still have spare room in it.

This is a great duffel bag. I have been 1 bag travelling for the last 7 years and have always preferred duffel bags as they seems to fit in the overhead compartments or under the seats better than backpacks. This duffel ticks a lot of the right boxes for me. It has multiple compartments allowing me to seperate toiletries, laptop, clothes and other items. The small pocket facing the body is an ideal place to keep a passport wallet, where it is safe and easy to access while going through airports. It is lighter weight than most duffels with the same capacity, meaning I can carry more items and still not hit the 7kg limit for carry on. It is also well priced for the quality of the materials that are being used and its sturdiness. The carry handles and shoulder straps are comfortable. My only criticism is that the laptop compartment is within the straps making access a bit limited. I can remove my 11” iPad and kindle without opening the straps but can imagine larger laptops would be difficult to remove without opening the straps. Overall this is a great duffel and I highly recommend it for one bag travel/second bag. P.S The thin peak design packing cubes fit perfectly into the main compartment.

What a great bag to travel with. I bought one for me and one for my husband. Thoughtfully designed to pack everything you need as a personal item/carry on. Even better that it is Canadian made!

Great bag, except for the plastic pocket on the top cover. Because all liquids still need to be contained in a quart-sized bag when passing through TSA, the plastic pocket doesn't seem to have a good use. Also, the clear plastic itself is stiff and I would recommend using a slightly higher grade in the manufacturing process. I love the magnetic hold on the shoulder strap!

Was searching for the perfect “personal item” bag to sit on top of my carry on, and I finally found the one. Storage, both capacity and organization details is really well thought out. Only small nitpick is that I’m not a huge fan of the clear plastic compartment on the lid… I’d rather it be made of a see-through mesh.

Happy with the bag. But the shipping took too long with too few updates. I ordered something from China at the same time and it arrived before my Personal Duffel 27L did.

This bag is perfect size for a flight bag for a pilot. The only 2 things I would change is the grey color on the side I would prefer to stay black, most sirlines require all black for crew bags. And the plastic liner on the lid, it’s crinkly and kind of feels cheap, I would rather just have a mesh or a nylon pocket to slide some thin items in.it functions well in daily life and has the perfect amount of room. I upgraded the strap and cut out the plastic liner and it has been the perfect work companion. Value is on point and quality is good

I recently used my new CarryX Personal Duffel on a trip, and found that the layout made it easy to keep everything organized and accessible, which I really appreciated while I was traveling.
I usually travel with a backpack along with my carry-on, but I the duffel seemed far more efficient and convenient. I won’t go back to a backpack after this.
I found the duffel to be the perfect size. I was able to put everything I wanted into it (and maybe a little more), and it fit nicely under the seat in front of me.

This bag is kind of difficult to describe, and that's a good thing. That might be so because it's so versatile. It's kind of a cross between a large open body briefcase and an everyday carry bag. Lots of pockets for a variety of items, while also providing a large central cavity for larger items, or possibly a weekend's worth of clothes. The size is just right for a personal item on a plane. Great materials,well made, and light. For me it doesn't feel like a duffle, but it might depending how I use it. As someone who has a variety of bags for different applications, I think I will be using the CarryX Personal Duffel 27 often.

Really like how this duffel packs out and for $120, this bag is a steal. Feels high-end, looks great, and doesn’t crush your budget.

I’ve been using this bag every day, especially for travel, and it’s quickly become my go-to. The pockets are smart and actually useful, and it’s super easy to grab what you need since it stands upright and slides right under the seat. The trolley sleeve is clutch when I’m rolling through the airport. Solid build quality all around.

CARRYX really nailed it with this one. The duffel hits the perfect balance... it’s basically the ideal sidekick to my travel setup. I use it as my personal item, and it fits perfectly under the seat. No stress, no squeezing.

Haven’t taken it on a full trip yet, but first impressions are great. The layout and pocket design make sense. clearly thought through. I used to travel with a backpack, but this is way better for under-seat space and quick access.

Got the 27L duffel as a tester and I’m seriously impressed. Fits under every airline seat I’ve tried, no issues at all. I’ve flown it across the US and to Mexico on United and American, and it’s been smooth every time.
