Shipping policy

Orders ship out within 1 day. Tracking information will be provided once your order is dispatched. All timelines are in business days and do not include weekends.

US Shipping

Free Shipping is limited within the Lower 48 US States. We ship from Southern California. Shipments to APO/FPO addresses and US territories may require up to 45 days and are not eligible for expedited delivery.

Canada Shipping

Free Shipping does not include NU, NT or YT. We ship from Surrey, BC, please allow up to 10 days for your shipment to arrive. Certain Postal Codes or Territories may be subject to an additional shipping charge at checkout.

International Shipping

We ship to select countries. Orders ship from our US warehouse. We utilize Delivered Duty Paid (DPP) which means Shipping costs, Duties and Taxes are included at checkout. No surprise fees at delivery and faster customs processing. Please note, we do not accept international return orders.

Return Shipping

If you don't love your new gear, you may return it unused, within 30 days of the shipping date of your purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit. To start a return request, log into your account to start the self-return process. Return Shipping is $9 within the USA and Canada, deducted from your refund. We do not accept international return orders.
