Warranty | CARRYX

At CARRYX, we build gear to last—and we stand behind it. Our warranty covers the original owner against defects in materials and craftsmanship for 3 years from the date of purchase, plus up to an additional 1 years with a registered product purchase within 90 days of the order date.

Defects are rare, but if you believe your bag has a defect, contact us with details, photos and your order number. Depending on availability, we’ll repair, replace, or issue store credit at our discretion. 

We ask for up to 3 business days to review your claim. We will follow up to request additional details if necessary.

What’s Covered

  • Defective materials, hardware, or construction that affects performance or functionality.

What’s Not Covered

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use: rips, tears, abrasions, punctures, blown seams, or fading.
  • Cosmetic blemishes or scratches that don’t affect performance.
  • Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or neglect.
  • Damage caused by airlines, third-party repairs or modifications.
  • Refurbished, or secondhand products.

Practical Lifespan

Even the best gear has a lifespan. Over years of travel, materials and components naturally wear down.

We started CARRYX with a simple philosophy: products should be built to last—but nothing lasts forever. When your bag finally reaches the end of its journey, we hope we’ve earned the chance to carry you on the next one.
