Do you ship overseas?
We currently ship within the US & Canada. Shipping costs to AK & HI will apply at checkout. We plan to expand shipping to more countries soon.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
My order status hasn't updated for a long time.
Please contact us via online chat or via the form above, and we will contact your within 24 hours, usually a lot faster.
Can I change my shipping address?
Please contact us via online chat or the form above immediately. If you reach out to us before your order is shipped, we might be able to update the address for you. For orders that have already been shipped, we are unable to change the address, but we will provide you with available options.
Can I cancel my order after it has shipped?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched. If your order has already shipped, please wait for delivery and then initiate a return. To cancel your order before it ships, please contact us via Online Chat or the form above.
What if my package is damaged during shipping or lost?
If the parcel is visibly damaged upon delivery, please refuse the package and notify our customer service immediately.
If your parcel is lost in transit, please contact us via Online chat or the form above. We will coordinate with the shipping carrier and arrange a refund or replacement once the parcel is officially confirmed as lost.

We price our products fairly from day one—no inflated markups or endless sales. You’ll always get honest value built in. We do run occasional, genuine promotions—typically for end-of-style updates or once-a-year events—but they’re rare. Our focus is on fair, consistent pricing you can trust year-round. If you’re buying two bags, you’ll automatically save 10% on your second at checkout.
